Dedicated to the memory of Denis Lenihan
Died peacefully after a short illness on 29 December 2020, aged 83. Beloved husband of Bridget Armstrong and Dolores (dec), father of Siobhan, father-in-law of David and brother of Peter (dec). Father to Lucy and her husband Tim, Mikey and their families.
Loved and missed by family and friends in the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.
Grateful thanks to the staff and chaplain of St George's Hospital, Tooting.

I wish I had known Denis better but fleeting visits to the UK were not enough to find out everything about him. He was always very welcoming and warm whenever we met. I am grateful to him for making Bridget so happy during their years together. He had a way about him which brought out the best in everyone. Siobhan was lucky to have such an incredible father in her life. Thinking of you dear Denis xx

A valued member of my WCGC Surrey 5's team in 2018. Sadly he could not play in the final but was there to keep us under control. Our snipes at each other during the rugby season will be much missed as will his presence. I know that I (and many others) will miss him greatly. RIP Denis.
